Dunham Informed Haitian Folklore with Jessica is a vibrant high-energy dance class.  Accompanied by live drumming.  The class will start with a Dunham based endurance building warm-up,  to prepare and condition the body with isolations and strength based exercises. Dancers will then proceed to Dunham progressions that will lead to specific techniques of Haitian traditional dance.
