Dunham-Informed Floor Work, Pelvic Awareness & Sensual Movement

Guest teaching for Candice February 12th, 19th and March 26th KD Diallo is rooted in the New York City Dunham lineage having been mentored by Ned Williams, Jr. and is an IDTC Candidate. In these 90 minute classes you’ll work on embodying Dunham practices through the  exploration of the pelvic floor work, and sensual movement. 

Class is centered on the floor to relieve you of gravity.You’ll gain insight into your habits of alignment and energetic movement initiation (where are you moving from? And why?).
