Nalah is a dance and fitness specialist who has been teaching for the past nine years. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, an AFAA Group Fitness Instructor  and a professional dancer. She loves finding fun and innovative ways to help others reach their goals and enjoy getting healthy and fit to lead their best lives!
